TDEE Calculator

Find out how many calories you burn per day (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) based on your BMR and activity level.

How TDEE is calculated

We use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation (most accurate per American Dietetic Association):

  • Men: BMR = 10×weight(kg) + 6.25×height(cm) − 5×age + 5
  • Women: BMR = 10×weight(kg) + 6.25×height(cm) − 5×age − 161

TDEE = BMR × activity multiplier. To lose ~0.5 kg/week, eat 500 cal below TDEE.
